SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Chatsworth, Georgia and Midland, NC)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize POS systems and cash registers to process transactions accurately.
- Maintain knowledge of product offerings and effectively upsell additional items.
- Supervise stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure product availability.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to assist diverse customer bases effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this position.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience in supervising or leading teams is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A passion for sales with the ability to upsell products effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency is considered an asset, enhancing communication with a wider range of customers.
- Able to pass a a criminal background check and drug screening
