Finance Director – (Chatsworth, GA)
Location: On-site at Max Built Trailers, Chatsworth, GA Compensation: Commission-based with possible draw or small salary (negotiable) + benefits About the Role Max Built Trailers is one of the fastest-growing trailer dealerships in the Southeast, selling hundreds of trailers per month. We are launching a brand-new Finance & Insurance (F&I) department and are seeking an experienced, motivated Finance Director to help lead its development and oversee day-to-day operations. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping a new department, establish lender relationships, and create a streamlined process that drives growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities- Work with our leadership team and oversee the dealership’s new Finance Department
- Establish and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and lenders
- Process customer credit applications and secure financing approvals
- Present financing options and extended warranty products to customers
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal lending regulations
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize profit and customer satisfaction
- Track performance metrics and report results to dealership management
- Previous Finance Manager or F&I experience in auto, RV, or powersports dealerships required
- Proven track record of securing approvals and selling finance products (VSC, GAP, Tire & Wheel, etc.)
- Strong lender relationships and ability to build new ones
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- High level of integrity and compliance-minded
- Ability to work on-site at our dealership in Chatsworth, GA
- Commission-based pay with multiple six-figure earning potential
- Draw or small salary available (negotiable)
